Miami, 1991. Christian Slater is older than James Remar was when Dexter (2006) first aired. It was followed by Dexter: Resurrection (2025). Thanks for this series and most importantly it’s almost impossible to have a bad finale this time. It’s exactly what I personally and I think most Dexter fans needed after the disastrous finale of new blood. I can’t wait for the next episode, the vibes from the original series hit so hard, the cast seems great overall, the lead actor with Halls voice in the background is almost like he’s playing all over again. Music and songs beautiful, the script also very nice for the pilot episode, everything seems to be going in the right direction, but I’m so afraid to be happy, because that’s exactly how we all felt with the new blood.
